In a nut shell, blokes (and ladies alike) help to raise funds to bring awareness to mens mental and physical health. I'm growing a mo to show my support and what I would like to ask is if you, my watchers and visitors, could spare some change and donate to this cause by clicking this link [link]

I'm sure if you haven't been effected by directly by prostate cancer, mental illness or any other form of male health problem, then you probably know someone who has. If you don't someone you know probably has.

Mental and physical heath effects us all. Unfortunately some of us don't ask for the help we might need, or keep quite and just battle the depression in silence. That's not the way to do it. You might think it's weak to tell your mates your feeling blue, but I guarantee, if you REALLY needed your mate, they'd be there to listen or help you out, so don't be afraid to have a chin wag with someone, or seek the help you need to get through things. Would you leave an infected wound, a broken rib or a serious breathing problem in the hope that it would just fix it'self? Exactly, so get help if you need it, help you fellow friends if they're feeling blue, or just spread the word in general.

Oh and I plan to grow one mighty mo out of this
